New Efficient Running Courses for 2014

For the Running Beginner

No previous running experience required!  Set the standard for your body and learn right from the first steps how your body actually needs to run!

Meet at Ten-Point at 1100 hrs on Saturday mornings. £70 per runner for 3 sessions:

  • 22nd & 29th March and 5th April 2014

For the Running Intermediate & those recovering from injury

So, you have some aerobic endurance under your belt, but you either feel as if you’ve plateau’d, or you just keep getting injured.

2 progressive courses, taking you through basic running biomechanics & form all the way through to developing speed, in a practical way that you can feel.

Course A (biomechanics of fluid, flowing running + hill technique):

  • Meets at Ten-Point 0930 hrs on Saturday mornings.  £70 per runner for 3 sessions
  • 11th, 18th and 25th January 2014

Course B (biomechanics of sustainable speed + developing running training):

  • Meets at Ten-Point 0930 hrs on Saturday mornings.  £70 per runner for 3 sessions
  • 15th & 22nd February and 1st March 2014

For Efficient Runners

Course C (developing running strength)

So, having completed courses A & B, you know how your body loves to run.  Now discover how to develop running strength to generate even more sustainable speed or the capability to safely increase your distances to achieve whatever challenges you’ve set your sights on!

  • Meets at Ten-Point 0900 hrs on Saturday mornings.  £70 per runner for 3 sessions
  • 22nd & 29th March and 5th April 2014
